A: Yes. When your existing supply runs out and it’s time to re-order
more, simply stop by any office in the new, larger branch network,
or visit www.bmtc.com and click on “Personal Banking.” Click
on “Checking," then click on the “Deluxe Check Re-order” link
in the left hand column. The rest is easy.

Q: Can I continue to use my First Keystone Bank debit card
after the conversion?
A: No. You will receive a new VISA® Debit or ATM card from
Bryn Mawr Trust before the conversion, for use immediately
following systems conversion.

Q: Will my direct deposits or automatic payments be affected?
A: No. Any already-established direct deposits or automatic
payments will continue automatically, with no interruption.

Insurance Corporation (FDIC)?
A: Yes. They will continue to be FDIC-insured up to the maximum

Q: If I have an Overdraft Protection Plan (ODP), will it continue?
A: If you have Overdraft Protection utilizing an active savings
account or line of credit, it will automatically continue. After
conversion, however, ODP funds from a line of credit will be
transferred in increments of $100 rather than the exact amount
required. ODP funds (including any applicable charge) from a
savings account will continue to be transferred in the exact
amount required.

Q: Will I make payments the same way on my loan or credit line?
A: Yes. Your account number will remain the same, and you can
continue to make payments the way you have in the past.

Q: Will I be able to continue to use On-Line Banking and
Bill Pay services?
A: You can continue to use those services at Bryn Mawr Trust.
However, because of our enhanced security systems and
unique identifiers, passwords and log-in procedures, you’ll
need to re-register. You will receive an e-mail from us before
conversion, explaining how to log into Bryn Mawr Trust’s
on-line banking system, establish your new password and
access your account.
If you have used Bill Pay at First Keystone, your payee
information will be transferred automatically. However, we ask
that you verify all your payee information to confirm that all items
have transferred properly, and pay particular attention to the
“Pay From” account to ensure it is the one from which you
want payments to be made.

Q: Will I be able to continue to use Telephone Banking?
A: Yes. But you’ll need to sign up for Telephone Banker at
Bryn Mawr Trust after the conversion. To sign up, call:
610-687-4BMT (4268). And be prepared with the last six
digits of your new Bryn Mawr Trust ATM Card or VISA®
Debit Card.

Q: What about my/our recurring Wire Transfers?
A: After conversion, all recurring wires will be routed automatically
to your Bryn Mawr Trust account(s). You’ll need to establish
new wire transfer authorization for your account(s) after
conversion, however. To do so, stop by any office.

Q: Can I still make my mortgage or loan payments
in the branch office?
A: Yes, you can make payments in any Bryn Mawr Trust branch
(including the former First Keystone Bank branches) or for
your convenience you can mail your monthly mortgage or
loan payment.
