To reset your password please follow the instructions listed below:

  1. Enter your Login ID and click the Sign In button.
  2. On the Secure Login page, click the Forgot Your Password? link below
    the Password field.
  3. On the Confirm Your Password Rest page, click the Click here to receive
    a new password link.
  4. On the Reset Password page, the message Your new password has been created will be displayed along with a message a temporary password will be emailed to you. Click the Back button to return to the Login page.
  5. Check the email address associated with your login for a message from telebank@bmtc.com with the subject Internet Banking – Password reset.
  6. Open the email to obtain the new temporary password. You can manually enter the password or highlight the password in the message, right click and copy. Return to the Login page, enter your Login ID, and click the Sign In button.
  7. Either manually enter the temporary password or right click and paste the temporary password that you copied from the email into the Password field and click the Submit button.
  8. You will be prompted to change the password for security purposes. Enter the temporary password in the Password field and a password you want to use in the New Password and the Confirm New Password fields. The password must be between 8 – 20 characters with at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number and one special character. For example: Banking1@
  9. Click the Submit button.
