To reset your password please follow the instructions listed below: |
- Enter your Login ID and click the Submit button.
- On the Confirm your PassMark and Phrase and Submit your Password screen, click the Forgot your Password? link at the button of the page.
- You will be prompted with a challenge question. Type the response and click the Submit button.
- A message will appear instructing you to click the Submit button to reset your current password and a new temporary password will be emailed to the email address we have on file. Click the Submit button.
- You will be returned to the login page that contains a message stating a new password has been emailed to the e-mail address associated with your login. Check your email for a message from telebank@bmtc.com and the subject 'The Bryn Mawr Trust Company Notification'.
- Open the e-mail to obtain the new temporary password. You can either manually enter the password or highlight the password in the message, right click and select copy. Return to the login page and enter your Login ID.
- Either manually enter the temporary password or right click and paste the temporary password that you copied from the email into the password field and click the Submit button.
- You will be prompted to change the password for security purposes. Enter the password you want to use in both fields on the screen. The password needs to be between 6 - 10 characters with at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter and one number. For example: Banking1. Click the Submit button.
